We’ve joined forces with cold-pressed juice brand Rebel Kitchen this Spring to highlight the amazing work happening in London’s community orchards.
It’s a harmonious partnership with this B Corp*, who take pride in the high-quality, organic produce that goes into their raw juices. They also give back to their community of UK-based suppliers and workers at their purpose-built juicery in Kent.
Kath Rosen, CEO of The Orchard Project, said: “This is a great opportunity for us to share our story with a different audience and highlight the fantastic work being carried out in community orchards across the capital. I’m looking forward to seeing where this partnership takes us!”
Rebel Kitchen will donate 1% of revenue to The Orchard Project as part of the commitment to their 1% for the Planet membership. Their staff will also support us throughout the year by taking part in orchard celebrations such as Blossom Week, pruning and harvesting.
Ben Arbib, co-founder of Rebel Kitchen, said: “This is an exciting partnership with The Orchard Project, who are helping rebuild orcharding skills and knowledge in our communities. We share in the belief that orchards have the potential to build stronger communities by providing space and empowering people to contribute to reducing food miles. That’s why we wanted to support The Orchard Project and get involved with the work they do.”
*As a registered B Corp, Rebel Kitchen has been certified as a company that uses business as a force for good.
