Sat Jan 27th from 10am to 2pm
Crowcroft Park, East Rd, Manchester M12 5QY
Learn about the traditional Wassail Celebrations and help us bless the newly planted trees at Crowcroft Park.
Join The Orchard Project & SNUG on Sat Jan 27th from 10am to 2pm for a fun and festive community celebration. We will be planting perennial flowers, herbs and shrubs in the morning followed by a Wassail procession. Wassailing is about being LOUD so pots and pans will be banged and instruments played! There will be live music, a chance for a sing-a-long, and food will be provided.
Please dress appropriately for the weather, wear outdoor shoes, and bring a water bottle. Light snacks and refreshments will be available, but please bring anything else you may need to be comfortable.
When: Sat Jan 27th from 10am to 2pm
Meet at the bowling green in Crowcroft Park. The nearest entrance is off of East Road M12 5QY.
