Tuesday 22nd January
Moor Nook Park, Sale, Greater Manchester
Moor Nook Park won ‘Best Orchard Care’ at our prestigious awards ceremony at the end of 2018. After their valiant efforts to keep their trees alive in the summer heatwave of 2018. We saw them bring their community together and really rally the troops with a fantastic watering strategy. Now it’s time to give their orchard of 2-3 years old trees their important first ‘formative’ pruning and see what other maintenance tasks need doing, such as cage removal and mulching. If you’re new to pruning fruit trees this is the training session for you!
