Ladybarn Park
Join The Orchard Project for a guided workshop in the community orchard in Ladybarn Park where we will go over general fruit tree maintenance skills. We will prune, mulch and conduct tree health assessments on the recently planted fruit trees. We will also be planting 3 new fruit trees!
Please dress appropriately for the weather, wear outdoor shoes, and bring a water bottle.
Meet at the Ladybarn Hub (shipping containers with lovely murals) on Mauldeth Rd (opposite Aubrey Rd and Mauldeth Rd train station). From there we will walk to the orchard.
This workshop is free of charge thanks to funding from Manchester City Council.
