Feeling frazzled? Set yourself up for the day ahead with a calming mindfulness session. Qualified Mindfulness teacher and Founder of Wild Awake, Claire Morris, will lead a nature-inspired session to take us back into our beloved orchards visually and virtually. The session will last between 45 min – 1 hour.
What do I need to prepare?
- If possible, it’s best to make sure you have a quiet and uninterrupted space to gain maximum benefit.
- You can either sit on a chair or on the floor.
- Please bring a natural object with you; it doesn’t have to be the most beautiful, the biggest or the brightest. Something that calls to you on a walk, or something in your home that is getting dusty that you haven’t looked at for a while. If you forget,- don’t worry! – a house plant will do just as well.
