Sunday 17th March, 10.30-13.00

Edible Landscapes London, Finsbury Park, London N4 2NQ

Come and learn how to create new fruit trees using a method known as grafting, which is essentially tree cloning. We will be grafting cuttings from fruit trees known as ‘scions’ onto rootstocks. Apple scions will be grafted onto apple rootstocks and service tree scions will be grafted onto hawthorn rootstocks, using knives. We will take you through the whole process you will come away with a better understanding of the process and some practical experience.
