Graft Your Own Apple Tree – Yorkshire Sculpture Park

Tuesday 19th March 2019

Yorkshire Sculpture Park, West Bretton, Wakefield WF4 4LG

grafting a fruit tree

Join us to learn how to create new fruit trees using a method known as grafting!

A cutting of a mature apple tree known as a ‘scion’ is attached to a young tree known as a ‘rootstock’ to create a new apple tree. Our very own Dan Hasler will teach you the whole process and you’ll come away with your very own apple tree!

Please note this event will involve using sharp knives.
