Together, our project managers Lizzy and Kate have over 10 years’ experience harvesting and juicing fruit, and have helped save 70+ tonnes of surplus fruit from waste by transforming it into juice or cider. They will be sharing their knowledge in a webinar masterclass on Wednesday 28 August, 3pm to 4.30 pm.
The webinar will cover:
- Equipment for harvesting and juicing
- Fruit varieties
- Fruit storage
- Bottling process
- Hygiene and best practice
- Quality control
There will be a Q&A period where we will endeavour to answer any questions you may have. The session will be recorded and everyone who signs up will receive the recording after the event.
