The fruit trees at Foord Community Orchard need some care for them to be healthy and fruitful. Come and join in to meet other locals and care for the community fruit trees in this young orchard.
We’ll be weeding and mulching and perhaps a spot of pruning. Great opportunity to meet your neighbours, connect with nature and as well as get some tips on caring for fruit trees.
Everyone is welcome, but under 18s must be accompanied by an adult. All equipment will be provided. Please wear appropriate clothes and shoes for the outdoors, and bring a bottle of water, light refreshments will be provided.
The community orchard is located at Foord Community Centre, 13a Winchester Avenue, London, NW6 7JW.
