Join us for a mindful drawing session on Zoom led by Kath, our CEO. This is a lovely way to connect with nature by focusing in on what we can see, and bringing attention to the present moment. Becoming totally absorbed in observing and drawing helps our minds to let go, switch off and eventually relax into a flow state.No previous drawing experience (or expertise!) is needed. Everyone’s efforts and interpretations are welcome and you don’t even need to show your work. The important thing is to switch off the mind. Please bring an object from nature that you find interesting to draw. The session will last around 45 minutes. Click here to join on the day.
