Tue 12 June 2018 10:00 – 15:30 BST
Roots and Shoots. Walnut Tree Walk , London. SE11 6DN
The Orchard Project will deliver this session to support new community orchard groups and orchard projects funded through the Mayor of London’s Greener City Fund. This will focus on the aftercare and maintenance of your new trees so that they get the best start in life. Although there will be an outdoor element, this training will be mainly indoors. Tea and coffee will be provided but please bring a packed lunch (there is also a cafe nearby).
A maximum of three participants from each group may attend this training, each attendee then being responsible to relay their learnings back to the wider group.
Please organise this amongst your group and sign up on Eventbrite accordingly. Please help us to limit admin work by organising who from your group will come. Please note: one person is able to reserve all three tickets for your group, but please ensure that your attendees are aware that their tickets have been reserve to avoid double booking. More tickets per group may be available depending on uptake, we will let you know closer to the training if that’s the case.
PLEASE NOTE: This training is only for recent recipients of funding through the Mayor of London’s Greener City Fund.
