Come along to the first of four community meetings to discuss how you think this area of greenspace could be improved for the benefit of the community.
The land in question is open greenspace with a Multi Use Sports Area, diagonally opposite Peterson Park and bordered by Kelso Street/Yoker Mill Road/Kingfisher Drive/Swift Crescent.

There is an opportunity through Glasgow City Council to create a growing project on the site. This consultation will look at whether this would be desirable and possible, and what funding would be needed to make it happen.
We have some funding to help plant fruit trees and create a community orchard – and some fruit trees to give away as well.
