Do you know your Bramleys from your Braeburns? This one day workshop will give you all the skills and knowledge to help identify apples in your community orchard or garden.
Did you know there’s over 2,000 varieties of apples grown in Britain?
Our trainer, Clifford Cain, will use the development of apple identification over the last 150 years to help you understand what to look for. Apple identification can help you understand when best to pick fruit and how long they might keep for.
If you have one, please bring a laptop or tablet as we will be using an online tool.

Clifford Cain provides fruit advice all over the country to large and small scale fruit growers. He is based in South Yorkshire.
