Join Harrow Nature Conservation Forum’s volunteer wardens in the beautiful Lady Gilbert’s Orchard– an old orchard teeming with unique varieties and biodiversity – for veteran apple tree pruning. You’ll get the opportunity to practice your pruning skills and learn about the fascinating history of this orchard. It is especially beautiful at this time of year as the primroses are starting to blossom.

No previous experience necessary, all tools and gloves will be provided.
Time: 10-3. Come for a bit, or stay all day. If you are able to stay all day, please bring a packed lunch.
They will meet in the orchard but if you are unsure of its location, please ask for directions at the Grim’s Dyke Hotel’s Reception.
