We will be planting a rich variety of herbs, flowers and soft fruit around orchard trees. Find out how this helps to support and improve the health of the whole ecosystem and all the beings in it (including us). Diversity is resilience!
You will spend the afternoon planting and moving soil, so be prepared to get stuck in and help us turn the orchard into a beautiful, abundant forest garden full of herbs and flowers.
We will provide light refreshments and all the plants and tools. The toilets may not be open for the whole session. The location where we will create the forest garden is a few minutes walk from the main entrance over flat, mostly even grass and a bit of tarmac.

Please wear closed, sensible outdoor footwear and gardening clothes and bring with you any sun/rain protection you might need on the day. All ages welcome, under 16s must be supervised by their parents/guardians.
