Reviving traditions of the past, to preserve our future
Traditional, community-managed orchards are part of the UK’s heritage and cultural history. The benefits of these sustainable, special spaces are more relevant today than ever before.
Faced with unpredictable changes to our climate, unprecedented rates of biodiversity loss and a global pandemic that reveals the fragility of our food supply chains, extending our network of orchards and upskilling communities in tree planting, aftercare and wildlife habitat creation is a vital step towards rebuilding our security as a species.
Urban orchards are playing a key role in tackling the extinction and climate crises, while also connecting communities to their food sources and catalysing local action towards sustainable lifestyles. To find out more about how we act locally to help fulfil the UN’s Global Goals, please download our Corporate Partners Brochure here.
We aim for every urban household to be within walking distance of a flourishing, community-run urban orchard.

Team Building Days and Employee Wellbeing
Your employees will benefit from joining team building days, held in one of our community orchards. Spend the day harvesting apples in blissful surroundings or pressing your own apple juice, – both great ways to bond with your colleagues. We can also create bespoke, tailored wellbeing experiences to improve your staff’s health, such as outdoor mindfulness and orchard bathing.
